If you like to have a look at a flat, you have to come personally to our office. You let us know exactly what you are looking for. You will get the objects we have at this moment and later you will be informed whenever a new object is available. Advantage: we all save time and effort because all conditions are given.
We charge you once a commission of 75% of a monthly rent by success.
